Foie Gras presented in a cloth is for the finest connoisseurs, the best Foie Gras.
Only made from whole lobes, it is vacuum-cooked as this means of cooking allows all of the Foie Gras’ taste and aromas to be retained. It is then wrapped in a cloth for a top-of-the-range presentation.

Storage: 30 days from date of manufacture at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C
